How's the fishin in this areas

Well have recently been out to Port Mansfield to do some fishing around the Benie Shack & Saucer Areas but not had much luck.. What is the secret to this areas cause I here alot about this areas being top producers... What should I look for or what lures are good in this areas... Thanks in advance for any helpful tips and advice

Dood, how do I say this without sounding like a wiseacre? 

The best thing to do is wade the enitre spot and find the ditches and potholes.  Friday we pulled out a 25 and 27 right across from Bennies.

You have to find the structure.

You need to go out and get a good map or hire a captain I an sure you could find one in Port Mansfield.
